Let me tell you all about the other day! I walked over to Södermalm in the lovely fresh air, and allowed myself to take the time to stop by almost every store I passed. Now, if that isn’t life, then you tell me!
After passing Slussen I walked up the hill that is Götgatsbacken. Although fairly steep, it’s well worth the effort once you reach all the lovely shops and stores. I began by looking through H&M, which is what all Swedes do when the chance appears. Then I continued to visit the whole Bruno Galleria, including stores such as Whyred, Filippa K, STUK, Adidas originals, and so on. Not content with a shopping bag in every hand, I continued out on the street again, popping in and out all over the place. Since the cars were recently banned on this lovely street, it’s a shopper’s paradise! I had a quick latte inside Wayne’s coffee while reading some magazine’s that I bought in the adjacent newsagent. Thereafter, with my new-found energy, I headed on over to Krukmakargatan to enjoy the cluster of stores that all lie side by side. I went to Nitty Gritty, A.P.C, Carhartt, and Fred Perry! After that I was so exhausted I went straight home to bed.
