An unexpected and highly unusual rainy day appeared. But that’s why they build most stores under roofs. Am I right?! Luckily Stockholm has some perfect shopping malls.
Today I spent the day in the more central parts of town and especially in the mall known as Gallerian. Located between the Central Station and Kungsträdgården and home to great shops like H&M, Top Shop, and MQ who sell a whole range of Swedish designer brands. (Filippa K, Acne, Bondelid, Peak, and J. Lindeberg to name a few.) It’s a nice hang-out when the weather isn’t as nice as one is use to. I started the day with a fat-free yogurt cone in the ice-cream parlour located here. Guilty pleasure made innocent! Met up with some friends at Top Shop, for the latest and greatest in fashion from London. Always a pick-me-up! Right across the street you find the huge department store NK. They have all the great brands with everything from cosmetics to shoes. Spent the afternoon in one of their nice cafés sipping coffee, a perfect ending to a great shopping day!
